This was the second time I tried to purchased one of these guns. The first time, it never came and Amazon refunded my money stating something about international shipping problems. So I tried a second seller and I actually received it today. It is a gift from my grandchild and I am debating whether to send it back. These are my issues: 1) The Amazon box was fine, no damage at all. However in looking at my first 3 pictures, you can see how I removed it from the amazon box. The inner box was crushed. Obviously they didn't care how they packed or sent it after they received my money. However I still examined all of the parts which brings me to issue number 2) In reviewing my 4th picture, you can clearly see that a screw is supposed to go into the cover piece preventing easy removal, but guess what? No screw. I don't know if it came with one and was lost in the horrible packaging or it doesn't come with one. Seeming that it shows for ages 3+ my thought is a screw should come with it, especially if you have an inquisitive mind like my 3 year old grandchild. This brings me to issue 3) No instructions. I can assure you they may not be needed, but I am a very technical person and if I pay $45 dollars for ANYTHING, I want instructions. I'd liked to see things like, what came in the box, the output and voltage of the rechargeable battery and how long it should take to recharge, questions that I can't answer by just looking at the parts. Which brings me to the next issue 4) If you look at picture 5, the charging cable has a disconnect that locks into the battery and the other end is USB however, without instructions to tell you what voltage or amps you need it took me trying 3 different adapters before my Android phone charger worked. And picture 6 shows you what happens if you get it right. There is a LED that turns red to show you at least have power. No it doesn't flash and I am currently into a little over an hour and it's still red so I have no idea of what's suppose to happen once it is charged (instructions!!!). Also, use just enough solution to cover just the tip of the holes. If you fill the dish and dip the gun, you will get an anaconda length, cluster of bubbles that just falls to the floor. Opps, I think I just reviewed myself into sending it back.
