Return & Refund Policy
We’ll gladly accept your eligible return items within 30 days of purchase for refund or store credit, provided that your item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached. A $7.95 handling fee will be subtracted from the refund for Shipping/Handling. Please see our exclusions for a refund below.
Get peace of mind with The Baby Penguin’s Delivery Guarantee in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. A small fee insures any goods lost or stolen in shipment is covered. If the fee is not chosen, the customer responsible for damaged, stolen, or lost during transit and is required to file a claim on their own behalf if the item is tracked delivered but not received.
If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage that has not been reported.

ANY full-priced products, not from an excluded brand, using any promotion code with discounts over 10% are returnable for store credit only.
Presale items are non-refundable, you may request store credit if the alternative to the item is needed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please submit email to [email protected] to process a return for store credti. Once returned items have been received a store credit code will be emailed to you to purchase whatever you prefer.

Credit Card Chargebacks & Scams
Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid ruining your credit. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.

Received damaged or the wrong item?
If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt, or have received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with a description and images of the issue to [email protected] before processing your return as a defective item/wrong item received.
Be sure to ship back unwanted items within seven days of processing your return, or store credit only will be issued. Please note: If an item is received damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery, by emailing images and a description of the issue to [email protected]

Lost or Stolen Packages
We offer shipping insurance through our Penguin Guarantee at check-out for potential shipping issues. Penguin shipping insurance will cover lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you choose not to use Penguin shipping insurance, The Baby Penguin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s and carrier’s responsibility. Penguin insurance claims are easily filed using emailing [email protected]
