Lost or Stolen Packages

The Baby Penguin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is processed.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (unless damaged during shipping)
