Thank you for shopping with The Baby Penguin. We are committed to delivering sustainable toys to your family quickly and safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are not processed on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Below are shipping estimates, the dates shown at checkout will be the most accurate.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.

Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Baby Penguin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
